(ORAL) Instant petition under Section 482 Cr.PC has been preferred seeking direction to the official respondents for conducting fair and impartial investigation in case FIR as mentioned below: - FIR No. Dated Sections Police Station 264 18.06.2024 120-B, 148, 149, 308, 323, 341, 506 IPC Bhiwani City, District Bhiwani 2. Heard. 3. It is, inter alia, contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that despite the FIR being registered by the petitioner way back on 18.06.2024, the police is not conducting the proper investigation. He contends that despite the anticipatory bail petition, being dismissed by the Court, the accused are openly roaming in the area and extending threats. A limited request has been made by learned counsel for the petitioner to consider and decide his aforesaid representation in an expeditious manner according to the law. 5. Notice of motion. 6. On the asking of the Court, Mr. Arun Kumar Gujjar, AAG, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice and submits that the aforesaid representation shall be considered and disposed of in an expeditious manner as per law. 7. After considering the aforesaid submissions and considering the limited request made by learned counsel for the petitioner and without commenting on the merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent No.2- Superintendent of Police, District Bhiwani, to consider and dispose of the representation dated 24.03.2025 (Annexure P-6) in accordance with law in an expeditious manner. 8.
