Learned counsel for the review petitioner submits that the present application is filed seeking to review the final order dated 24.01.2025 passed in W.P.No.8249 of 2014. Learned counsel for the respondents expressed no objection for the same. Considering the submissions made and in view of the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this application is allowed by modifying the para No.9 of the order of this Court dated 24.01.2025 passed in 2 W.P.No.8249 of 2014. The modified para No.9 of the order reads as follows: “9. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and on considering the submissions of both the learned counsel, this Court is of the opinion that, as the Special Leave Petitions (SLP’s) before the Hon’ble Supreme Court were dismissed, this Court is inclined to dispose of the present writ petition with the following directions: i. Respondent Nos.1 to 3 are hereby directed to consider the application of the petitioner dated 28.02.2008 for extension of quarry lease in an extent of 3-000 Hectares in Survey No.55/5 of R.L. Puram Village, Chimakurthy Mandal, Prakasam district and pass appropriate orders, within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.” Registry is directed to carryout the 3 necessary amendments/corrections and issue modified copy of the order to the parties concerned, accordingly. _________ NV,J BSP/TPS
