The present writ petition is filed seeking the following relief: “to issue a writ, order or direction, more particularly a writ in the nature of mandamus under Article 226 of India declaring the Proceedings of the 2”^ respondent in R.C.No.11693/2007/1- 1/Ann. 11/1, dt. 05.07.2014 as violative of principles of natural justice, arbitrary, illegal and void and pass. ” 2. At the time of ordering notice in WPMP No. 15524 of 2015 on 23.04.2025, this Court passed the following order: “Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in similar circumstances, this Court granted interim order in WPMP No. 50462 of 2014 in WP No.40234 of 2014 and the same is not disputed by the learned counsel for the respondents. For the reasons recorded in the said order, status-quo in all respects shall be maintained by both sides in respectof the subjectland. There shall be interim suspension of the impugned order, but however, It shall not preclude the 2”^ respondent from initiating civil proceedings for cancellation of registration of the subject plots before the jurisdictional civil Court. ” 3. It is stated that, under the impugned order the allotment made in favour of the vendors were cancelled. In pursuance of the interim order passed by this Court, it is represented that the 2"'^ respondent filed Civil Suits before the competent Civil Courts and the same are pending adjudication. 3 In that view of the matter, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the 2'"'^ respondent to take appropriate action after the disposal of the civil suits filed against the vendors of the petitioners, it is made clear that till such time interim order 4. dated 23.04.2025 passed by this Court shall remain in force. 5. With the above observation, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs.
