P GANGA RAMI REDDY This Court made the followirsg common order: (per Hon’bte Sri Justice R. Raghunandan Rao) These two Writ Appeals are taken up together as they arise out of a common order. 2. A learned Single Judge of this Court, by way of a judgment dated 16.02.2015, in W.P.Nos.11896, 13994 and 15546 of 2005, had dismissed the writ petitions upholding the common order passed by the Commissioner, Appeals, Office of the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration , Hyderabad on 13.01.2004. 3. Aggrieved by the said common order, three appeals came to be filed. Initially the appeal filed against the order in W.P.No.15546 of 2005 came up for hearing before a Division Bench of this Court as W.A.No.347 of 2019. The Division Bench after considering the case on merits, had dismissed the appeal on 06.08.2019. The present two Writ Appeals have been filed against the orders in W.P.No. 11896 and 13994 of 2005. As the appeal filed against the common order of the learned Single Judge, passed in W.P.No. 15546 of 2005 has already been dismissed on 06.08.2019, the present appeals would also require to be dismissed as this Court does not find any reason to differ with the view taken by the Division Bench in W.A.No.347 of 2019. 4. 5. Accordingly, both the Writ Appeals are dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
