The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 238/2023 arising out of Maranghada P.S. Case No. 12/2023, for the offences registered under Section 302/34 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned District & Additional Sessions Judge-II, Khunti. 3. On 09.04.2023, named accused persons are alleged to have assaulted the husband of the informant namely Soma Munda, due to which, he succumbed to his injuries. 4. It was submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons. It was further submitted that two of the named accused persons namely Muin Munda and Bango Munda have been granted bail by different co-ordinate Benches of this Court. 5. Mr. Someshwar Roy, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail, but does not dispute the aforesaid facts. 6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned District & Additional Sessions Judge-II, Khunti in connection with S.T.
