THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE D.RAMESH CONTEMPT CASE No. 5143 of 2022
ORDER:
The present contempt case is filed for non implementation of the order, dated 22.07.2022, passed by this Court in W.P.No.14133 of 2021, wherein this Court disposed of the writ petition directing the 2nd respondent therein to consider the recommendations made by the 3rd respondent therein on 23.01.2021 and take appropriate action within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of the order and communicate the same to the petitioners.
2. After issuing notice, the respondent filed counter-affidavt. Along with counter-affidavit, respondent has also placed proceedings dated 03.12.2022, whereby the respondent has complied with the order passed by this Court.
3. In view of the above, this Court is of the considered opinion that there is no willful or deliberate disobedience of the order passed by this Court.
4. Therefore, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
