Respondent has appeared on notice through learned counsel Mr. Jyotirmoy Das. Today when the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner on instruction seeks permission to withdraw this petition with a liberty to file a fresh application as certain more disputes have cropped up during this period. Learned counsel for the respondent does not object to the prayer. Accordingly, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
