-2- 10.3 Any other relief, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper, may also be passed in favour of the petitioner. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the challenge in this writ petition is to an Show-cause notice dated 31.08.2021 issued by the Branch Manager of respondent No.4. By which the petitioner was directed to make the stock of the paddy amounting to Nil (Zero) within a period of seven days otherwise appropriate proceedings would be drawn against him. The impugned show-cause notice has been replied by the petitioner and they have not taken any decisiona nd the impugned show-cause notice is allowed to stand, it would cause irreparable loss tot he petitioner. He submits that there are some loss in the paddy on account of natural calamity like rainy season etc. Thus impugned notice deserve to be set aside. 3.
Learned counsel for the respondent opposing the submissions and submits that its a merely show-cause notice though reply has been filed and if any adverse order has been passed against the petitioner, he may having liberty to challenge the same. 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties, consider their rival submission and perused the record appended with the documents. 5. Be that as it may, taking into consideration that the Annexure P-1 is only a show-cause notice and it is not brought to the notice of this Court that any adverse order has passed against the petitioner. Thus, this petition appears to be premature. A writ petition may not be maintainable against a show-cause notice. 6. Consequently, this petition is liable to be and is hereby dismissed.
