NIL, a ...RESPONDENT Let all the parties concerned attend the judge's sitting in court chambers on day of July, 2025 on the hearing of an application filed by the applicant above named for an order to permit the Official Liquidator to appoint Sri Sandeep Sasanapuri as valuer who has given consent to value the assets or any other Registered Valuer for valuation of the following lands located at Madanapalle, Annamayya District, Andhra Pradesh and direct the valuer to submit valuation report in duplicate in sealed cover to the Official Liquidator 1. 25 CENTS - 223 - Chembukur Road, Eswaramma Colony, Madanapalle (Rural), Annamayya District, Andhra Pradesh., 2. 37.5 CENTS - 555-lH Basinikonda Village, Madanapalle Mandal, Annamayya District, Andhra Pradesh 3. 35 CENTS - 555-lQ Basinikonda Village, Madanapalle Mandal, Annamayya District, Andhra Pradesh ermit the Official Liquidator to pay the valuation fee of as applieable alongwith conveyanee charges not exeeeding Rs.4,000/- to the Valuer for valuation of above lands from the funds of the Firms (In Liqn.). Rs.30,000/- plus GST iii) order that the cost of this application do come out of the assets of the company and iv) pass IA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased Under Section 457 (1) (e) of the Companies Act, 1956 read with Rule 9 of the Companies (Court) Rules, 1959) i) take the valuation report (Annexure - “B”) submitted by the valuer viz., Sri Sandeep sasanapuri, Valuer, Kasibugga, Palasa, Srikakulam District, on record. ii) direct the Registry of this Hon’ble Court to provide a copy of the above valuation report to the Official Liquidator for proceeding with sale of assets. iii) issue necessary directions for constitution of Assets Sale Committee comprising of the Official Liquidator, Asst. Official Liquidator and Senior Technical Assistant in order to decide the Reserve Price, EMD amount. Incremental Bid amount etc., for sale of assets/properties of the firms (In Liqn). iv) permit the Official Liquidator to file necessary application for sale of the assets/properties of M/s. Commercial Benefit Corporation & Seven other Firms (In Liqn) as mentioned in the Valuation Report v) order that the cost of this application do come out of the funds of the subject firms in liquidation and pass Counsel for the Appellant: 1.
