The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that I.A.No.397 of 2022 is still pending and has not been disposed of even after more than two years. Aggrieved by this inaction, the present Civil Revision Petition has been filed. He further submits that the petitioner is not pressing the other prayer, and requests that the present petition be disposed of with a direction to the learned Court to expeditiously dispose of I.A.No.397 of 2022. 5. Considering the submissions advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner, to meet the ends of justice, however, without observing anything on the merits of claim made either in the application or the case set up by the petitioner in the counter-affidavit, this Civil Revision Petition is being disposed of at the stage of admission itself, with a direction to the learned VIII Additional District Judge, Vijayawada, Krishna District, to dispose of I.A.No.397 of 2022, after giving 2 due opportunity of hearing to the parties in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of three months (03) from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.” 2. The application, I.A.No.397 of 2022 filed in the suit could not be disposed of by the learned Court within the time stipulated. 3. I.A.No.2 of 2025 has been filed seeking extension of time to decide I.A.No.397 of 2022 pending in the suit. 4. After considering the facts stated in the letter of the learned Court to the Registrar(Judicial), which has been annexed along with I.A.No.2 of 2025, finally the time is extended for two months from today. 5. The I.A.No.397 of 2022 shall be decided positively within the aforesaid period. No further time will be granted. 6. The application stands disposed of. 7.
