Sri P.V.A. Padmanabham, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that pursuant to the filing of this Contempt Case, the respondent authorities have passed orders on the petitioner’s representation dated 02.09.2023, thereby taking further steps against the individuals involved in the disappearance of manual 1B Register of Sanakarapuram village of Mundlamur Mandal. In view of the same, nothing remains for adjudication. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to approach the appropriate forum in future, if necessity arises. 3. Recording the said submission, since the respondent authorities have passed orders on the petitioner’s representation, no further orders are required to be passed in this case. 4. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. The petitioner is at liberty to approach appropriate forum in future, if necessity arises. There shall be no order as to costs.
