Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the relief as claimed for in the present writ application, there is already a Title Suit filed by the petitioner bearing Title Suit No.571 of 2017 which he says is pending before Sub Judge-III, Gaya. He, therefore, prays that he want to withdraw the present writ application in order to pursue the pending title suit. 3. To this prayer being made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the respondents do not have any objection. 4.
