The instant contempt petition arises out of an interim order dated 13.05.2024 by virtue of which the respondents have been directed to deposit the award before the Registry of this Court, in case the same is not deposited. 02. Mr. Gupta, learned AAG appearing on behalf of the indenting department/respondents herein submits that the order passed by this Court mentioned supra stands complied with and the award amount of ₹41.54 lacs has already been deposited before the Registry on 24.11.2024 in terms of the aforesaid order. 03. Since the direction passed by this Court, which was by way of an interim order, stands complied with, thus no contempt is made out. 04.
