This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a Writ of Mandamus directing Respondent Nos.1 to 4 particularly Respondent No.4 to forthwith register a First Information Report based on the Petitioner’s complaint dated 02.06.2025 under appropriate sections of the IPC and to conduct a fair, impartial and expeditious investigation into the matter and pass such other orders.”

Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the Petitioner, a case in Crime No.159 of 2025 for the offences under Sections 318(4), 351 (2) read with 3(5) of BNS has been registered. Hence, no further orders are required in this matter and the petition may be disposed of.
3. Sri Surya Teja Anumolu, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders.
4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
