Mr. Mohammad Sadab Khan, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, functioning of his client's institute has been suspended by impugned communication dated 21st January, 2025 issued by respondent no.2. On query he submits, show cause notice dated 6th December, 2024 was issued. His client duly replied showing cause of his father's illness as reason for the discrepancy found. His father subsequently died on 27th November, 2024. He seeks interference as the discrepancy found was caused by his client attending to grave illness of his father. In impugned communication, the explanation was simply said to be found dis-satisfactory. It appears from the show cause notice that surprise inspection was made on 06th November, 2024. Discrepancies were observed. There does not appear to be any dispute in that regard. Considering respondent no.2 has acted on situation prevailing on the ground, on facts ascertained by surprise inspection, we are not inclined to interfere. The writ petition is disposed of.
