The petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking a direction upon the respondents to provide electricity connection to his house situated at Ward No. 5, Mohra, Panchayat Kalali, Tehsil Manjakote, District Rajouri. 2. It is being contended by the petitioner that he has been approaching the respondents-authorities for installation of electric poles near his locality so that he is able to get electricity connection for his residence but without any success. 3. Issue notice to the respondents. 4. Mr. Raman Sharma, learned AAG accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. Sr. No. 114 2 WP(C) No.2217/2025 5. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that a Grievance Redressal Cell has been set up by the Electricity Department (JPDCL) for redressal of such grievances and the petitioner can approach the said Grievance Redressal Cell to lodge his complaint over there. 6. Having regard to the nature of the relief that is being sought in the writ petition, the same can be disposed of at this stage itself by extending appropriate directions to the respondents. 7. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents No. 3 to 5 to consider the grievance of the petitioner as projected in the present writ petition and take a decision thereon in accordance with law and rules holding the field. 8. The petitioner shall provide a copy of this writ petition along with annexures to respondents No. 3 to 5 and they shall take a decision thereon within a period of one month from the date a copy of this order alongwith the copy of this writ petition is provided by the petitioner to the aforesaid respondents. 9.
