The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Shambo (Samho) P.S. Case No. 54/2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 109, 303(2), 118(1) of the B.N.S.S.

3. As per prosecution case, petitioner nos.1, 4, 5 and 6 are said to have assaulted the informant by means of lathi, danda, katta and bricks. It is alleged that other set of petitioner nos.2, 3 and 7 are said to have assaulted Gauri Shankar Singh and Rohit Kumar by means of lathi and danda. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence as alleged in the FIR. Petitioner nos. 1, 2 and 3 bear no criminal antecedent, petitioner no.4 bears two criminal antecedent in which he is on bail and petitioner nos.
5, 6 and 7 bear one criminal antecedent in which they are on bail. He further submits that there is specific allegation against co-accused Bilat Bind who assaulted the informant by means of lathi over the head as a result of which he sustained head injury which is grievous in nature as mentioned in Annexure-2 of the bail petition. There is no specific allegation against the petitioners and allegations are general and omnibus in nature. He further submits that injuries of Gauri Shankar Singh and Rohit Kumar are stated to be simple in nature, as mentioned in Annexure-2 of the bail petition. He further submits that on similar and identical allegations, co-accused Sufendra Bind @ Sufi Bind @ Sofi Bind and others have already been granted anticipatory bail by the co-

No.24079/2025 and on the principle of parity, the petitioners also deserve same treatment. 5. The learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners. 6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, on similar and identical allegation co-accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail, argument advanced on behalf of both sides and also taking into consideration the material available on record, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Begusarai in connection with Shambo (Samho) P.S. Case No. 54/2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S.
