Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents pending disposal of the present Writ Petition, that the respondents restrained with stoppage of permissions, approvals of any in nature issued to whomsoever may concern relating to our owned property viz., situated in previously Chittoor District and presently Annamayya District of Madanapalle Mandal - Venkappakota Revenue Village - Sarkar Punja dry Sy.No.69/2A to the extent of Ac.2.42 cents Full bounded by North : Samacheruvu, South: Bahuda Vanka, East : Land of Sarojamma and others in Sy.No.69/2B, West: Bandi Bata on northern side for free accessibility to reach to our lines through Sy.No.68/10 and pass such other order or orders as this Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
Otherwise the petitioner will be put to much hardship and irreparable loss, pending disposal of the Writ Petition in the interest of Justice and pass

ORDER:
Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court for withdrawal of the writ petition by granting leave to file fresh writ petition on the same cause of action. Learned counsel endorsed the same on the bundle.
Permission is accorded.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioners to file fresh writ petition on the same cause of action. There shall be no order as to costs.
