Order 31/01/2025
[2025:RJ-JP:4393] (2 of 2) [CW-1323/2025]
1.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that 10 month’s salary of the petitioners has not been released by the respondents for whatsoever reasons. Counsel submits that inspite of taking services of the petitioners for good number of 10 months, still salary has not been paid. Hence, under these circumstances, the petitioners sent representation-cum-notice of demand of justice to the respondents for redressal of their grievances, but in spite of passing of considerable time, the same has not been decided by the respondent-authorities by passing a reasoned and speaking
order. Counsel submits that under these circumstances, appropriate directions be issued.
2. Heard and considered the submissions made at Bar and perused the material available on the record.
3. Perusal of the record indicates that the representation submitted by the petitioners has not been decided by the authorities inspite of passing of considerable time. This Court in the case of Pawan Kumar Meena vs. The State of Rajasthan & Ors.; S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.1665/2024 has issued general directions to all State authorities to decide the representation of all the aggrieved persons but in the instant case, the representation of the petitioners has not been decided so far.
4. In view of above, the instant writ petition be disposed of by issuing directions to the respondents to decide the representation of the petitioners expeditiously, as early as possible, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, by passing a reasoned and speaking order.
