ROSEDAR S.R.A The Court made the following: ORDER: This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the petitioners/defendants challenging the order dated 11.12.2023 passed in I.A.No.126 of 2022 in O.S.No.252 of 2014 on the file of Court of Senior Civil Judge, Kavali. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri. P. Sridhar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners brought to the notice of this Court that pending the present petition, the aforementioned suit has been decreed and as such, requested this Court to withdraw the present petition, however with a liberty to challenge the said judgment and decree. Recording the aforesaid submission of learned counsel for the petitioners, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, however, with a liberty to challenge the judgment and decree passed by the concerned trial Court.
