This application is filed to modify the orders dated 31.12.2025 made in W.P.No.36491 of 2025.
Having heard the learned counsel for both sides, this application is allowed and order dated 31.12.2025 in W.P.No.36491 at para No.5 is modified as under:
“Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader, there shall be a direction to the 3rd respondent not to disturb the petitioner’s business at ‘Stall No.82’ without following the due process of law, and the 3rd respondent may also take appropriate steps for regulating the traffic at that place. If necessary, a traffic constable is to regulate the traffic to avoid inconvenience to the commuters. The 3rd respondent shall deploy a traffic constable to regulate and ensure
