It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner, who is a complainant, filed a complaint, supported by affidavit, on 04.10.2024 against the respondent No.4/Smt. Urmila Devi, Gram Pradhan of Village Panchayat Diuliya Maniya Chhapar, Vikas Khand Ramkola District Kushi Nagar under the provisions of U.P. Panchayat Raj (Removal of Pradhan and Up Pradhan and Members) Enquiry Rules, 1997 before the respondent No.2/District Magistrate, Kushi Nagar. It is argued that on the aforesaid complaint, Inquiry report has already been submitted on 06.12.2024. It is argued that considerable time has already been lapsed but till date no final decision has been taken in the matter. 2. On the other hand, it is argued by learned Standing Counsel that the respondent No.2 will take a decision in the matter expeditiously. 3. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.2/District Magistrate, Kushi Nagar to take a decision in the matter most expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order strictly in accordance with law but after providing opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned, if there is no legal impediment.
