The present writ petition is filed seeking a declaring that the action of the respondents in withholding the payment of the final bill amount of rupees 15,94,658/- and rupees 18,39,247/-, in respect of works total amount , even after finalizing the bills, payable to the petitioner company for the year 2018- 2019. 2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the writ petition, the respondents have subsequently processed and released the aforesaid final bill amounts payable to the petitioner. It is therefore submitted that the grievance of the petitioner no longer survives for consideration before this Court. 3. Recording the above submission and since nothing further survives for adjudication in the present writ petition, the same is accordingly closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
