After arguing for a while, when learned counsel for the petitioner was confronted with the maintainability of the instant petition, as no alleged cause of action has accrued to the petitioner and also the instant petition raises disputed questions of facts, he seeks withdrawal of the instant petition with liberty to file a detailed representation before the appropriate authority for redressal of grievances of the petitioner, which have been projected in the instant petition. 2. His statement is taken on record. 3. In the aforesaid backdrop, the instant petition along with the connected application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file detailed representation before the appropriate authority. It is made clear that in the event any such representation is filed by the petitioner before the appropriate authority, the same shall be accorded due consideration strictly under law and as per rules, within a period of four weeks from the date of filing such representation.
