Mr. Anil Kumar, Advocate, vice Mr. Nimish Gupta, Advocate, for proposed LR 1(a). None for remaining respondents. CMP(M) No. 552 of 2026 Reply   to   the   application   not   filed. Although, request has been made to grant time to file   reply,   however,   considering   the   fact  that  two effective opportunities have already been granted, further opportunity is not justifiable. By way of the present application, a prayer has   been   made   to   bring   on   record   the   LRs   of deceased respondent No. 1, who expired during the pendency of the lis.  The proposed LR is sought to be impleaded on the basis of Will, executed by late Smt. Tulko (respondent No. 1). Considering the scope of the provisions of Order 22 CPC, LR of deceased respondent No. 1 is ordered to be impleaded as respondent No. 1(a). Amended memo of parties be filed, on or before the next date of hearing.  Application stands disposed of. CMP(M) No. 2183 of 2025 Notice.  Mr. Anil Kumar, Advocate appears and waives service of notice on behalf of respondent No. 1(a). Reply, if  any, be filed within a period of three weeks, from today.
