[1] Heard Mr. Th. Ibohal, learned senior counsel appearing for the applicants. Mr. Shyam Sharma, learned GA appearing for the respondents No. 1-4 as and Mr. Romendro Sharma, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No. 5. [2] The present application has been filed with a prayer for bringing on record the LRs of the deceased respondent No. 6, viz., Shri L. Dhananjoy Singh in the connected WP (C) No. 367 of 2019. [3] It has been submitted that during the pendency of the aforesaid writ petition, the respondent No. 6 has expired and accordingly, the present application has been filed for bringing on record the LRs of the deceased respondent No. 6. [4] Mr. Romendro Sharma, learned counsel and Mr. Shyam Sharma, learned GA appearing for the respondents submitted that they have no objection in allowing the present Impleadment application. [5] Considering the submission advanced by the learned counsel appearing for the parties and on perusal of the record, this Court finds sufficient grounds for allowing the present Impleadment application. Accordingly, the present application is allowed. [6] Registry is directed to implead the LRs of the deceased respondent No. 6 as respondents No. 7 to 12 in the connected WP (C) No. 367 of 2019. [7] With the aforesaid direction, the present application stands closed.
