Heard Mr. Amiyakant Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. Aditya Dhar Diwan, learned counsel, appearing for the respondent. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking following prayers:- “Therefore, it is prayed accordingly that the order impugned Annexure P-6 and P-8 may kindly be quashed KUNAL DEWANGAN Digitally signed by KUNAL DEWANGAN 2 in the interest of justice allowing both the applications filed an application filed vide annexure P/5 in the interest of justice.” “ Any other relief which this Hon’ble Court think just and proper may also kindly be allowed in the interest of justice.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has become infructuous as the trial has already been concluded. 4.
