The present application under Order 1, Rule 10, read with Section 151 of CPC has been filed by the applicants/appellants for impleading Oriental Insurance Company Ltd as respondent No.7 in the main appeal, being a necessary party. The application is duly supported by an affidavit of Ram Kumar Gautam, Managing Director of the applicants/appellants. 3. No reply(ies) is/are intended to be filed to the application. 4. Heard. Having regard to the averments made in the application, the same is allowed and the proposed respondent is ordered to be impleaded as party in the main appeal, who shall figure as respondent No.7 in the array of respondents.
