This Writ Petition has been filed against the order dated 05.10.2019 passed by Respondent No.6 whereby, services of the petitioner as a daily wager was discontinued. 2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition may be disposed of reserving liberty in favour of the petitioner to prefer a fresh representation raising all his grievances before the concerned Authority of the respondents, as the petitioner has rendered sufficient length of service with the respondent/Department as a daily wager, which is not opposed by learned State counsel. 3. In view of the aforesaid, it is directed that if the petitioner prefers a fresh representation within a period of 30 days of this order, the competent Authority of the respondent shall consider and decide the same by a speaking order in accordance with law. 4. It is made clear that this Court has not dealt with the merits of the case and the concerned Authority would be at liberty to decide the representation, on its own merits, in accordance with law. 5.
