Wherein it was stated that the petitioner developed the subject approved layout vide L.P.No.88 of 2015 as per norms and also submitted the NALA proceedings vide RC.No.1532 of 2015 dated 26.11.2015; 2102 of 2015, dated 25.01.2016; 2101 of 2015/C, dated 25.01.2016. Consequently, the mortgaged plots of the subject layout were released by office vide proceedings Rc.No.2541 of 2015/L8, and the same was communicated to the petitioner though a letter dated 04.12.2021, vide Rc.No.2541/2015/L8 (e-209711). 3. In view of the fact that the authorities have already released the approved layout vide proceedings Rc.No.2541 of 2015/L8, and V 3 communicated the same to the petitioner through a letter dated 04.12.2021, this Court is of the opinion that no cause survives in the writ petition for further adjudication. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infrctuous. 4. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
