The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: a) This Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a direction to the respondent no.1 authority to considered the representation dated 24.02.2019 at vide Annexure-E in the interest of justice and equity. b) Passed any other order as deems fit under the circumstances of the case in the interest of justice and equity. 2. The petitioner claims to be studying in Bachelor of Engineering degree, she having taken up admission in Vishwanathrao Deshpande Institute of Technology. The petitioner, belonging to the IIIB category, has made an application for grant of a scholarship vide online application dated 24/10/2019. The said application not having been considered, the representation is submitted on 24.10.2019. However, a perusal of the representation indicates that the petitioner has not submitted a reminder, but - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC-D:2630 WP No. 104953 of 2022 she has requested to forward certain corrections to be made in the application for the scholarship. 3. Such a request by way of a letter, not being permissible and an application for rectification or modification being required to be made, I am of the considered opinion that the earlier application filed was suffering from defects. The representation for modification not being capable of consideration, the petitioner would have to file a separate application for modification, if so permitted or to file a fresh application for scholarship. In the event of either of them being done, respondents are directed to consider the same and pass necessary orders within 30 days of such application being made. 4.
