By the present writ petition, the petitioner is questioning the impugned notification dated 08/01/2025 (Annexure P/1) in relation to the village Panchayat Durug, Tahsil Bilaigarh, District Sarangarh Bilaigarh. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner alongwith other persons has already raised an objection regarding the impugned notification, before the Collector vide application dated 09/01/2025 (Annexure P/2) which is still pending before the concerned Collector. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the State, on instruction, submits that if the application made by the petitioner is still pending before the Collector concerned, the same will be decided within a period of three days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4. I have learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents. 5. Looking to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, the respondent No.2/ Collector, District Sarangarh- Bilaigarh is directed to consider and decide the pending application dated 09/01/2025 (Annexure P/2) submitted by the petitioner, within a period of 03 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in accordance with law. 6.
