By means of the instant petition, the petitioner has prayed for following principal relief:- "(i) Issue an order or direction under supervisory jurisdiction of this Hon'ble Court directing the respondent No.2 to decide the release application dated 22.11.2022 for release of the vehicle of the petitioner bearing Registration No. U.P. 83 BT 1140, attached in Case No.202018210001144 (State Vs. Afsar Khan @ Badshah), under Section 15(1) of U.P. Gangster and Anti-social Activities (Prevention) Act pending before him within a stipulate period." 3. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner confined his prayer only to the extent that his application dated 22.11.2022 may be decided within time frame as fixed by this Court. 4. Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents is having no objection to the same. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on merits of the issue the writ petition stands disposed of asking the respondent No.2 to take final call upon the application dated 22.11.2022 preferred by the petitioner and the same shall be considered and decided strictly in accordance with law expeditiously, but certainly after giving opportunity to all the stakeholders in the matter within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
