The decision shall be communicated to the Management forthwith. If Petitioner is aggrieved by the said decision, liberty to avail of a remedy, as is permissible in law. 4. If Petitioner’s proposal is accepted, the Management and the statutory authorities shall initiate steps to ensure that the Shalarth ID is allotted within a period of 45 days thereafter. 5.
