1. Affidavit of service filed by the petitioner is taken on record.
2. Both the learned counsel appearing for the parties to this CRAN application are present.
3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has prayed for restoration of the revisional application which was dismissed due to non-prosecution on the relevant date of hearing.
4. It is submitted that at the relevant point of time the learned counsel for the petitioner was engaged in another Court and could not appear when the matter was called in.
5. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as explanations delineated in the petition itself, the prayer for restoration stands allowed.

6. The revisional application being CRR 4244 of 2024 be restored to its original file and number.
7. Accordingly, the application being CRAN 1 of 2025 stands disposed of. In Re: CRR 4244 of 2024
8. Let the matter appear on 13th November, 2025 under the heading ‘Contested Application’.
