The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is arraigned as accused in Crime No.211 of 2023 on the file of Karlapalem Police Station for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 463, 420 IPC and Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C. 2. It is submitted that the dispute between the petitioner and the 2^^^ respondent is a civil dispute and now the civil dispute is converted into criminal case. The police have issued a notice under Section 91 Cr.P.C., and called for document of the petitioner. Thereafter, there has been no developing.
