This MCC has been filed by the applicant seeking extension of time for further period of 90 days for the compliance order dated 13.09.2024 passed by this Court in WPS No.4885 of 2024. 3. The respondent No.1 filed a writ petition bearing WPS No. 4885 of 2024 2 which was disposed of vide its order dated 13.09.2024 in which the Court made the following observation which is as under:- “It is expected that respondent No.2 shall taken decision on the letters dated 27/09/2021 (Annexure P/5) and 29/01/2022 (Annexure P/6) expeditiously with a period of 120 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. This Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case. If any adverse order is passed, the petitioner may again approach this Court.” 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits the proceedings to comply with the order passed by this Court is under progress. Therefore, he submits that further 120 days time may be granted to conclude the same. 5. Learned counsel for the respondents submit that this Court directed the respondent No.2 (respondent No. 3 herein) to take decision within 120 days from the date of receipt of copy of the order. He submits that there is no direction as such to the applicant Bank to take decision in light of the order passed by this Court. 6. From perusal of order it indicates that this Court haps made some observation that respondent No.2 i.e. Registrar (respondent No. 3 herein) to take decision on the letters dated 27/09/2021 (Annexure P/5) and 29/01/2022 (Annexure P/6) expeditiously within a period of 120 days.
