Learned State counsel points out that Section 238B of BNS was added on 28.01.2025. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to take all other remedial measure in accordance with law after making necessary corrections qua the newly added Sections, which were not part of the present petition as well as dismissal order passed by the trial Court. Prayer is accepted. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
