Respondent(s) For Petitioner(s) : Shri Basant Dewangan, Advocate For Respondent/State : Ms. Nupur Trivedi, PL 2 (Hon’ble Shri Justice Arvind Kumar Verma) Order on Board 16/09/2025 The petitioner has approached this Court seeking direction to the respondent authorities to demarcate his agricultural land situated at Patwari Halka No. 18, Khasra No. 416/1, Village Tilaibha Ikadih, Tehsil Dai, District Khairagarh, Chhattisgarh. The petitioner has repeatedly filed applications ie. on 09.06.2023, 27.03.2025 and 03.07.2025, for demarcation, citing boundary disputes with neighbors and errors in the mutation of names in the land records. 2. It is apparent that the petitioner is facing difficulty in properly using his land for agricultural and other lawful purposes due to the inaction of the respondent authorities. 3. In the interest of justice and in view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent authorities are directed to take up the application of the petitioners dated 09.06.2023, 27.03.2025 and 03.07.2025 for demarcation of land and conduct the demarcation in accordance with law, after giving the petitioner and concerned parties a reasonable opportunity of hearing. The demarcation process shall be concluded within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. 4. With the above direction, the petition stands disposed of.
