By way of this petition, petitioner sought following relief(s) : “10.1 That, the respondent No.1 be directed to decide the Revenue Revision Case No. 201803960100023/416/A-23/2017-18 within stipulated time of maximum 3 to 4 months. 10.2 Any other relief, which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper, may also be passed in favour of the Petitioner together with cost of the petition.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the petitioner is being filed this petition against the arbitrary act of respondent No.1 for sitting over the matter for 33 years, petitioner is seeking direction to conclude the Revision Case No. 201803960100023/416/A-23/2017-18. Hence, this petition. 3. Learned State counsel contended that the concerned authority is ready to decide the grievance of the petitioner as per law. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record with utmost circumspection. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case instead of keeping this petition pending, I find it appropriate to dispose of the same at this stage directing to respondent No.2 to decide the 3 Revenue Revision Case No. 201803960100023/416/A-23/2017-18 which is pending before him expeditiously preferably within a period of ‘06 months’ from the date of receipt of copy of this order, in accordance with rules, regulations and law, if there is no legal impediment. The said case shall be decided after giving sufficient opportunity of hearing to respondents No.3 to 5. 6. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case. 7.
