By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner prays for consideration of her claim for stipend for the period of 84 days running from 09.06.2023 to 31.08.2023 during which she was on maternity leave. It is contended that in terms of Regulation 5.5. of Post Graduate Medical Education Regulations, 2023 and the Government Order dated 12.04.2023 as amended on 11.11.2024 petitioner is not only entitled for stipend but also for consideration of training period towards pay benefits. Learned Standing Counsel submits that he has no objection in the event this petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 4 to look into and consider the grievance of the petitioner and pass appropriate order strictly in accordance with law. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to make a representation before the respondent no. 4 within a period of four weeks along with the certified copy of this order, and in the event such a representation is moved, the respondent no. 4 shall consider and decide the same within a further period of two months.
