ORDER:
The present Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:
“…to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not granting D Form Patta in favour of petitioner to an extent of Ac.2.20 cents in Sy.No.366/2B of Nalakadoddi Village, Pattikonda Mandal, Kurnool District, as illegal, arbitrary and violation of Land Purchase Scheme and consequently direct the respondents to grant 'D' Form Patta in favour of the petitioner in respect of the land to an extent of Ac.02-20 cents in Sy.No.366/2B, situated at Nalakadoddi Village, Pattikonda Mandal, Kurnool District and to pass such other order or orders…”
2. Heard Sri U.Ramanjaneyulu, learned counsel for petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in peaceful and continuous possession of the land admeasuring Ac.2.20 cents in Sy.No.366/2B of Nalakadoddi Village, Pattikonda Mandal, Kurnool District. It is further submitted that the petitioner made a representation dated 21.07.2025 through PGRS grievance cell, requesting the respondent authorities to grant D-Form patta in respect of the said land. The same is pending with the respondent authorities. Hence, present writ petition is filed.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that petitioner’s representation will be considered by the respondents in accordance with law.

Considering the said submissions, and without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, the present Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner’s representation and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Based on the records, if the petitioner is found eligible or entitled for grant of a D-Form Patta, the application shall be placed before the District Level Committee for consideration. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
