By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- “10.1 This hon'ble Court may please be kind enough in calling the entire records pertaining to impugned charge notice & charge sheet etc (Annexure P-1). 10.2 This hon'ble Court may please be kind enough in quashing and setting aside the impugned charge notice & charge sheet etc (Annexure P-1). 10.3 This hon'ble court may please be kind enough in directing the respondents to release the halting amt of his retiral benefits amounting of Rs 4,10,883.02 with consequential interest @ 18% per anum, bonus & other retiral benefits. 10.4 This hon'ble court may please be kind enough in granting consequential benefits, cost and any other relief to the petitioner.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is some defects in the pleadings as such he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh duly constituted petition. 3. No objection has been raised from other side. 4. Accordingly, the prayer is allowed and the instant petition is 3 dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to file a fresh duly constituted petition with better pleadings.
