GP FOR FINANCE PLANNING The Court made the following: ORDER The Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of the respondent authorities in withholding the payment of net amount of Rs.8,60,324/- in relation to the works executed by him. 3. Sri Balakrishna, learned Assistant Government Pleader, by placing on record the written instructions dated 02.12.2025 of the Executive Engineer, PRI Division, Penukonda submitted that the authorities admitted the amount due to the petitioner of Rs.8,60,324/- and prayed to grant twelve (12) weeks time to the authorities to pay the amount to the petitioner. 4. Sri K.Narsi Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, reported no objection for granting time as sought for by the learned Assistant Government Pleader. 5. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the authorities concerned to pay to the petitioner the admitted amount of Rs.8,60,324/- within a period of twelve (12) weeks time from the date of receipt of copy of the amount.
