JUSTICE SUDESH BANSAL Order 16/04/2025 1. Instant misc. application has been filed by petitioner, praying to recall the order dated 30.09.2021 passed in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.155/2020 fundamentally on the ground that petitioner made a prayer in the writ petition for seeking regularization of services on the post of Helper, however, the writ petition was [2025:RJ-JP:16251] (2 of 2) [WMAP-36/2024] disposed of with direction to respondents, not to terminate services of petitioner solely on the ground that he is praying for regularization. 2. It has been pointed out that order dated 30.09.2021, was challenged by respondents-State before the Division Bench by way of filing D.B. Special Appeal Writ No.993/2021 and has been affirmed vide order dated 08.02.2022. 3. Counsel for applicant, after arguing the misc. application for some time, seeks permission to withdraw the same with liberty to file a fresh writ petition making a prayer for regularization of petitioner on the post of Helper. 4.
