The grievance of the petitioner is against the inaction of the 3rd respondent in not passing orders on the application of the petitioner dated 12.08.2025 filed under the provisions of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007. 3. The contention of the petitioner is that, despite receipt of the said representation, no orders have been passed by the 3rd respondent. 4. Having regard to the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders thereon, in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the children of the senior citizen, within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
