Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State has handed over a copy of the instructions, the same is taken on record. 2. Even in the revised call, none appears on behalf of the petitioners, however, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State-respondents is present. 3. By means of the present writ petition, a direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to interfere in peaceful marital life of petitioners, has been sought. 4. At the very outset, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel, on the basis of instructions received, apprised the Court that petitioner no. 1 is residing along with her parents and there is hardly any relationship between petitioner nos. 1 and 2 being husband and wife and as such prayer sought through the instant petition cannot be exceeded in favour of the petitioners. 5. In view thereof, present petition stands disposed of. 6. However, it is made clear that the protection granted earlier to the petitioners is hereby discontinued and extension shall be subject to fresh assessment made by concerned police authority.
