The petitioner has filed this writ petition on the following reliefs: “10.1. That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the concerned respondent authorities particularly respondent no. 2 and 4 to decide pending application for correction of the land in the online map revenue record within stipulated time, in the interest of justice. 10.2 Any other relief, which the Hon’ble 2 Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may also be granted in favour of the petitioner.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not challenging any particular order on the part of the respondent authorities, but the petitioner is seeking direction to the concerned respondent authorities to expeditiously decide the pending application for his land in the online map revenue record. 3. Learned counsel for the State raised no objection in this regard. 4. Heard learned counsel for the respective parties and perused the record with utmost circumspection. 5. Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case, submissions of the counsels for the respective parties, respondent no. 2 and 4 are directed to decide the pending applications (Annexure P/1) for correction of the land in the online map revenue record, subject to the verification of the documents, expeditiously as soon as possible, in accordance with law, rules and regulations. 6. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the petition stands disposed of. 7. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
