In default of payment of fine, he was to undergo additional 12 months. 3. The learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP jointly submit that the applicant has already served the sentence and is currently incarcerated due to the default stipulation, as he was unable to pay fine amount. The applicant has also served seven month’s of default stipulation of twelve months. 4. Considering the above, pending the hearing and final disposal of the appeal, the applicant’s sentence is suspended, and he is granted bail upon executing a P.R. Bond of Rs.25,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount. 5. The interim application stands disposed of accordingly. (R.N.
