Mr. Awadh Tripathi, learned counsel for the appellant submits that RAJSHEKHAR SONI Digitally signed by RAJSHEKHAR SONI 2 he wants to withdraw of the present appeal as the appellant has already preferred an appeal bearing Criminal Appeal No. 1874/2022 against the impugned judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 19.10.2022 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Bhanupratappur, District – North Batar Kanker (C.G.) in Sessions Trial No. 02/2021. 3. Mr. Bharati Gulbani, learned Panel Lawyer, appearing for the respondent-State, has no objection. 4. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn, and the counsel for the appellant is permitted to file his power in the Criminal Appeal No. 1874/2022, to contest the matter.
